What you agree to when you send invitations here

Last updated 26 October 2026, about 3 minutes to read

In short

  • Pay $149 once per event, after a 7-day free trial.
  • Only the person who made the event can pay. Co-hosts can help set it up.
  • Invite people you know. Do not upload bought, rented or scraped lists.
  • You can ask us to delete your event at any time.

The service

This service is run by Jewgo LLC, 20401 Northwest 7th Court, Miami Gardens, FL 33169, USA. You can write to us at privacy@jewgo.app.

We let hosts design invitations, send them to their guests by email, and collect replies. These terms apply to anyone who organizes an event here. Guests are not asked to agree to anything; what we do with their details is in the privacy notice.

Fees and refunds

The price is $149 per event, paid once, for up to 1,000 invited seats. A seat is each place reserved on an invitation, including plus-ones. Once an event is paid, its owner can add seats in blocks of 1,000 for $100 each, up to a total of 100,000 per event. A 7-day free trial begins when the organizer signs up. All event features are available during the trial, including publishing, sending invitations and collecting replies. After the trial, an unpaid event is blocked until its owner pays. Payment restores access for one year from the payment date; renewals add one year from each payment. When the year ends, host access and guest links are blocked until the owner pays again. Co-hosts can help set up the event, but only the owner can pay.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Payments are not refundable except where applicable law requires.

Your guest list

  • Invite people you know. Do not upload bought, rented or scraped lists.
  • You are responsible for having the right to give us your guests’ details and to contact them, and for passing on any request a guest makes to you about their data.
  • Every host here sends from the same domain, so mail that draws spam complaints or bounces harms everyone. We may pause sending, or limit how much you send, to protect it.

What you upload

Artwork, photographs and music you upload must be yours or used with permission. You keep the rights to them, and allow us to store them and show them to your guests. We may remove anything unlawful or that infringes someone else’s rights.

Our part

We work to keep the service running and your data safe. The database is backed up by the platform the service runs on, and those backups are kept for up to 9 weeks. Uploaded artwork, photographs and music are held in cloud storage and are not separately backed up, so keep your own copy of anything you cannot replace. Email delivery depends on the receiving mail provider, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives or is not filtered as spam. The service is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect losses, or for more than you have paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Ending

You can ask us to delete your event at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. We will tell you before we change these terms in a way that matters to you.
